By downloading or using Hushtrack, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — they're short.

1. THE SOFTWARE
Hushtrack is a native macOS application that automatically tracks active applications, windows, and browser tabs on your Mac. All tracked data is stored locally on your device. The software is provided by HushTrack and licensed to you for personal or professional use on Macs you own or control.
2. LICENSE
When you purchase Hushtrack, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to two Macs that you personally own or control. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the software or your license to any third party.
3. FREE TRIAL
Hushtrack includes a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period ends, you will need to purchase a license to continue using the app. Your locally stored data is retained after the trial — nothing is deleted.
4. PERMITTED USE
You may use Hushtrack to track your own time and activity on Macs you own or control. You may use Hushtrack in a professional context including freelance work, employment, and business operations, provided you are tracking activity on devices you are authorized to use.
5. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use Hushtrack to monitor or track another person's activity without their explicit consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the software. You may not use Hushtrack in any way that violates applicable law or the privacy rights of others.
6. NO DATA COLLECTION
Hushtrack does not collect, transmit, or store any user data on external servers. All activity data generated by the app remains exclusively on your Mac. We have no access to your tracking data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. UPDATES & SUPPORT
Your license includes all minor updates released during the active license period. We provide support via email on a best-effort basis. We are not obligated to provide any specific feature, update, or level of support beyond what is described at purchase.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Hushtrack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every macOS configuration. Use it at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from use of the software.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HushTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where HushTrack operates.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hushtrack after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will note significant changes in our release notes.
